Matoula Kostopoulou

Matoula joined ICAP Outsourcing Solutions in 2007, as a Senior Sales Consultant in the Contact Center’s Sales Department. Her main responsibilities are dedicated to the areas of Business Development and Project Management of Contact Center Accounts.

Prior to joining ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, Matoula had already gained extensive experience in the Contact Center – Outsourcing field in various positions related to Call Center Operations at Action Plan S.A. such as Client Service, Call Center Supervisor, Back Office Supervisor, etc.

Matoula holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Services from a Private Professional Institute in Athens.
