Maria joined the company in 2018, starting as a Team Leader in the customer service department. After two years, she transitioned into the role of Supervisor, managing both inbound and outbound communication projects. Since 2024, she has taken on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing complex and multifaceted projects across various business sectors.
She brings extensive experience exclusively in the field of Customer Care, having previously worked at a multinational company as a customer service representative, both in front-line telephone support and backoffice operations. This background has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of customer needs and expectations, as well as a deep insight into service delivery processes.
Maria holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Central Greece, with academic training that strengthens her ability to design and implement effective operational solutions.
