Alexandros Skarlos
Executive Director ICAP Contact Center
Alexandros is the Executive Director of ICAP Contact Center and leads its operation in Greece, Bulgaria, and Serbia. He has multiple years of experience in the Call Center field and during his career he has held multiple positions of responsibility and has managed large teams in Inbound and Outbound projects as well as service development and sales promotion.
In the first 8 years of his career, he worked with major telecommunications providers in the customer service field and sales and continued his career at ICAP Contact Center from 2011 until today.
During his tenure at ICAP he has designed and implemented major Inbound / Outbound / Non vocal service projects for major telecommunications, energy providers, insurance companies and banks, as well as large retail chains.
Alexandros holds two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Huddersfield and the University of Lincolnshire in Great Britain and has received extensive professional training in areas such as Customer Care / Retention, Human Resources (Recruiting & Selection), Sales Development.
