Operations Senior Manager
Yannis is Operations Senior Manager at ICAP Contact Center as of January 2021. He has many years of management experience and comes from the banking industry where he worked for many years in head office and branch network positions in positions directly related to customer service. He has coordinated the smooth operation and development of several projects as chief account officer of the service team, aiming at a continuously developing and evolving customer experience for all customers and partners of the company.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Plymouth in England and, also, holds an MBA in Business Administration from the European University.
