Danae joined the company in September 2020, starting as a Customer Service Supervisor. Since January 2024, she has been serving as Operations Manager, overseeing multi-faceted projects across various sectors.
Prior to joining our team, she gained extensive experience in large organizations, holding leadership positions where she coordinated teams and optimized processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
She holds a degree in Tourism and Business Management from the University of Patras, combining strong academic knowledge with practical experience in management and customer service.
